Integration activity and troubleshooting
See the lifecycle of website/API events and diagnose why a customer did or did not receive a message.
Event status
Integration Activity records received, accepted, sent, delivered, read, and failed events. Use the timestamp, event key, phone number, Meta message ID, and error message to investigate.
If an event is received but not sent, check the mapping, template approval, variables, consent, destination number, and Meta account status. Do not resend blindly if a Meta message ID already exists.
