Library vs editor

Flow Library shows every flow and whether a published version exists. Flow Editor changes one selected flow only.

Publish only after local testing. A saved draft does not change the live customer experience.

Entry routing

Use exactly one default flow for normal greetings. Add keyword or website-event entry rules for specialized flows such as course_enquiry or software_demo.
