Workspace checklist
1. Add the business profile and active catalog. 2. Connect Meta WhatsApp. 3. Sync approved templates. 4. Create pipelines/stages. 5. Publish one default flow. 6. Add AI Brain and trusted sources. 7. Register agents. 8. Map website events or ads.
Use a real internal phone number to test each step before inviting a team, running automations, or sending broadcasts.
Before going live
Confirm that every business fact, price, payment link, template variable, source, handoff team, and flow branch is correct. Adding data does not send a message by itself; delivery happens only through a configured flow, agent, automation, website event, or broadcast.
