SaaS administration

SaaS tenant model

How DreamLogicX should separate client accounts, plans, billing, users, and credentials before public launch.

Tenant isolation

Every business client needs a workspace_id on business data, contacts, messages, flows, templates, broadcasts, sources, agents, orders, and API keys. Row-level security must prevent one workspace from reading another.

Never share a Meta access token, external API secret, Razorpay credentials, or AI key across unrelated client tenants.

Plans

Create monthly/yearly plans with limits such as seats, contacts, WhatsApp numbers, active flows, AI usage, broadcast volume, and API requests. Enforce limits on the server, not only in the UI.
